I hired Marlee with PowerLink Design to upgrade my very tired condo.  She worked magic and created a beautiful palace for me.  She created a brand new open bar, modern kitchen, all new flooring, and two beautiful new bathrooms. Her taste is amazing and she came in under budget, even better!

We leased a space that was a big empty shell. PowerLink working with her preferred architect designed our entire office. She gave them her vision and they made sure it met all required permit codes and entirely Green Friendly.  The  contractors got the job done on time.  Marlee sketched out the space and the architect formalized it. Voila, we have a very cool office, functional  space and furnishings.

I have seen Marlee King work with so many properties and turn ordinary to extraordinary.  I tell clients buying or selling to utilize her services. Her vision and creative talents are amazing!  They will not be disappointed!  I have lost track of how many beautiful properties she has worked on. This remodeled kitchen gave client 30% more counter space to work as well as tons of new storage. 

I like to marry traditional, elegant looks with some contemporary clean lines.  It is super relaxed with a very elegant feel to the room.

Clients wanted a light, bright and open feel to their bedroom, and no more dark accent walls & heavy furniture, they love it!

Took 70's condo, opened the walls, and changed out floors, lighting, bathrooms, and all new kitchen from the studs. This condo with an open floor plan and all new furnishings went from  Mundane to Magnificent.

Tired 60's Riviera Home and turned it into a beautiful modern Spanish masterpiece.  Walls were opened and moved, all new flooring, lighting, and windows redesigned. It is beautiful!

Changed out all the windows, flooring new fireplace, and all the interior décor. Clients absolutely love this completely new look.

Took a galley small kitchen, opened the wall to ocean views and took down to the studs with all completely all new new custom cabinets, stonework, appliances, lighting, etc. 

Created rounded archway to beautiful dining room, with access to kitchen, and living room.  A dining delight.

We added an outside Veranda down to the pool with access of living room and Master Bedroom.  Created custom railing in front and back of home.

Changed out brick fireplace to modern slate and custom stainless steel design for Vista De La Playa Home.

Brightened home with new flooring, fireplace, walls, and all new décor. Sometimes the right colors can transform a room. 

Complete redesign with new cabinetry and Jerusalem Stone for modern clean look. 

Created new contemporary kitchen with new cabinetry, granite and appliances. Client wanted ultra modern.
